Managing Partner/Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Namvar is a managing partner of Centricity Financial, LLC and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University. He has taught courses in Financial Engineering, Mathematical Finance, Derivatives, and Investments. He has consulted in the areas of investment strategy, portfolio management, real estate investments, and risk management for various investment advisories, hedge funds, and fund of funds.
Mr. Namvar received a Masters in Financial Engineering from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from University of California, Irvine. He is a CAIA Charterholder, certified FRM, and holds the Series 3 and Series 65 NASD/FINRA licenses.
Managing Partner/Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Amadi is a managing partner of Centricity Financial, LLC. Prior to joining Centricity Financial, Mr. Amadi worked as a financial analyst at a major conglomerate, developing revenue and forecasting models for one of their gaming divisions. At Centricity Financial his focus is on corporate consulting, insurance, and helping analyze securities and portfolios.
Mr. Amadi graduated University of California, Davis with a Ph.D. in Economics, concentrating in international finance. His dissertation is in international portfolio diversification, which was published in a peer-reviewed academic journal. He also holds the Series 65 NASD/FINRA license.
Ms. Chang is a licensed real estate broker, Realtor®, and educator, based in Newport Beach, California. She handles both residential and commercial properties throughout southern California and specializes in new construction and development. She is a current member of the National, California, and Orange County Associations of Realtors as a real estate broker.
Ms. Chang also pursued continued education at the University of Cambridge's Investment Property Forum and has certification from BridgeLinguatec as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language. Ms. Chang volunteers on the board for the MIT Club of Southern California and as MIT OC liaison to OCMBA, is also a board member there. She is fluent in American English, conversant in Mandarin in Chinese, and intermediate Spanish. Her primary degree in Management Science with a concentration in Finance was awarded by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
